Cyber Security Project

Recent cyber attacks throughout Europe and the U.S. lead many within the utility industry to focus on the importance of cybersecurity. In fact, The American Public Power Association has partnered with the Department of Energy to undertake “an extensive multi-year, multi-task project of improving the cyber resiliency and security posture of public power utilities,” as stated in June 22 testimony at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s annual conference on reliability.
